NFL Betting Results For Week 1 (2021-22 Season)

With the conclusion of Monday night’s action packed game between the Ravens and Raiders, Week 1 of the 2021-22 NFL season has officially come to an end

Based on texts in my group chat and random #GamblingTwitter tweets that I saw, it seemed like everybody had a similar week. What do I mean by that? Let’s take a look at how I did

When all was said and done, I ended up going 8-8 in Week 1. Not good. Not bad. There were some pretty frustrating losses mixed in there (Vikings in OT, Patriots with that last second fumble, and Chiefs and 49ers both got backdoored), but I’m not gonna sit here and bitch about an 8-8 week because I’ve had WAY worse than that before

Typically at this point in my result blogs I like to recap all of my losses, but I was on vacation in Chicago last weekend and didn’t get to watch most of the games, so I’m gonna skip the recaps this week because I’d mostly be relying on box scores and that’s kinda lame. I will have recaps for Week 2, so hang tight

Lastly, and unsurprisingly, my Why Not Teaser for Week 1 lost. I say unsurprisingly because if you followed me last season, then you know that I don’t think any of these teasers won, but momma didn’t raise no bitch so I’m gonna keep doing them. To quickly recap my Week 1 teaser, The Bills fucked it up and are dead to me. Hey, they don’t call them teasers for nothing

Bills PK❌🤬

49ers -2✅

Chiefs PK✅

Saints +10.5✅

So that’s that. I started off the 2021-22 NFL season 8-8, which I’ll take. There’s nothing worse than starting off with a losing record, so hopefully I can go positive next week and get some momentum going. Wish me luck tomorrow and Monday, because there’s only one mindset to have at a time like this:

2021-22 NFL RESULTS:

Week 1: 8-8
