If you saw my Week 1 results blog from Wednesday, then you know I started this season with an even 8-8 record. Obviously I would have rather gone positive and won some cash, but considering my track record with NFL, I’ll gladly take those results over a losing week. Similar to a push, breaking even is a win where I’m from, so I consider 8-8 a victory
But let’s stop living in the past. It’s a new week, and with it comes a whole new slate of NFL games. I’m already 1-0 so far in Week 2 after the Bengals managed to backdoor cover on Thursday, which has me feeling pretty good on this Sunday morning. Rather than sit here and type out long-winded bullshit about my thoughts on the games and whatnot, let’s just get right into my picks

And there you have it. I’ve been trying to find a healthy balance between favorites and underdogs this year, at least much better than I have in the past. That being said, and as it always is, this could go great or it could go terribly. That’s the risk you take when you bet on 16 NFL games a week, but it can also net you some great income if your gut makes the right picks. Good or bad, I love NFL Sundays
I know I keep saying I’m going to post these on Saturdays, as well as my Draft Kings blogs that I did last year and the year before, but life’s been crazy lately. And by life’s been crazy, I mean I’ve just been lazier than usual. I do have a bit of an excuse though, seeing as my laptop is on its death bed for what feels like the millionth time, and doing the DK blogs on my phone is kind of a pain in the ass between switching back and forth between the apps, the formatting etc. so the DK blogs are on the back burner for now. Will I finally buy a new laptop? If I have a solid week I probably will, so let’s hope for just that
NFL record so far: 8-8
