I keep posting these later and later as the weeks go by, but life is chock full of unexpected things. Today, I “volunteered” to work overtime, and by volunteered, I mean my boss called me this morning and guilt tripped me so hard on the phone you would have thought he was standing on a ledge about to jump. So I made the voyage into the office in the freezing cold with a nice head and stomach ache from last night’s festivities, and then the guy has the balls to not even say thank you to me when he cut out early today. Next time he calls me with his “I’m gonna jump” guilt trip, I’m gonna tell him to do a flip while he’s at it.

Anyway, enough about my job. If you saw my Week 11 results blog or have been following me on Twitter (@BoozeBlogsChuck), then you know I’m on a bit of a heater gambling wise right now. I’m not trying to suck my own dick by saying that either, the facts are just the facts. I went 10-3 last week on football, and I’m up about 10 units this week on NHL, NBA, and CFB, which for me is unheard of. 

Can I keep the streak alive this week and salvage what has been a miserable betting experience thus far in the NFL season? Probably not, but I’ll be damned if I’m gonna stop now. Here’s who I’m going with in Week 12.

Notice anything different about the spreads? Bye bye half points. After getting fucked over by half points for far too long, I’ve decided to show them the door. The reason being is mainly that I’ve noticed my recent success on NBA gambling is because I’ve been buying a lot of half and full points. I used to always be so stingy about doing it and would worry about the decreased payout, but a decreased payout is way better than a brutal half point loss, and I am all too familiar with those. 

So that’s that: My picks for Week 12. I know I missed it last week, but I’m about to quickly write up a Draft Kings blog for Week 12 right now before I head out. I think I’m gonna skip over the power rankings and go right into my lineups, and we’ll just have to wait and see how it works out. That’s all for now.
