So between plenty of bullshit at work and my vacation last week, I didn’t have a chance to do any picks or Draft Kings lineups for Week 5. Based on how things have been going for me recently, I’m hoping that this mini break ends up being the ultimate blessing in disguise and I emerge from this time off with some better luck. Wishful thinking, but probably not.

Similar to what I’ve been doing weekly at this point, I tried to balance out a good mix of underdogs and favorites for Week 6. Now it has yet to work for me because I’m such a fucking idiot and have horrible luck and decision skills, but maybe, just maybe, this will be my week.

Either way, it feels good to be back. A week off from gambling was just what the doctor (And my bank account) ordered, so hopefully the money I “saved” last week will get put to get use with this week’s picks.

I’ll get working on my Draft Kings blog for Week 6 shortly, and hopefully the app is done bugging out the way that it was earlier.
