Time is flying by, and somehow we’re already into Week 12 of the NFL season. If you’ve been following along on my weekly betting endeavors, you’d know that I’ve had more high and lows so far than the life of a childhood actor, and last week put me back under .500 on the season. But this week feels different, and I’m already in a good spot heading into Sunday thanks to me going 3/3 on the Thanksgiving games. Will this be the week I go a perfect 15/15? Probably not, but a little optimism never hurt anyone. Let’s take a look at the rest of my picks for Week 12

As you can see, I went with a lot of favorites this week because the combination of home games and decent spreads made taking favorites, well, more favorable. The 4 underdogs I took this week are definite toss ups, and I can already picture myself yelling “Fuck the Raiders/Bucs/Giants/Browns!” at my TV tomorrow. But like I’ve been saying all year, this is why we bet. You can’t just take all favorites because you’re destined to get burned eventually, so maybe these 4 scrubs will prove me wrong and help out my bank account this week.
