NFL Betting Results (WEEK 1)

The results are in from this past weekend and I must say I’m somewhat pleased besides a few upsets here and there. I definitely didn’t shoot 100% Week 1, actually far from it, but all things considered my picks weren’t too shabby. To give you a frame of reference, let’s take a look at the scores and how I did

SURVIVOR

Baltimore Ravens (WIN)

Despite only being 56% correct on my bets I’m feeling pretty glass half full right about now. I made a little bit of money out of it, so it could be better but could be way worse. The 2 huge upset games that screwed me and a lot of others were obviously the Saints/Bucs game and the Lions/Jets game. I have no idea how Ryan Fitzpatrick did that and I’d be willing to bet he doesn’t either. As for the Lions last night, they looked about as good as Amy Schumer’s face after a boxing match. Stafford threw so many picks he should be investigated for literally throwing the game. When all was said and done I went 9/16 Week 1 with my survivor pool team also advancing, so could be better but could be a lot worse. I’ll have my bets and Draft Kings guide up for Week 2 up hopefully tomorrow, Thursday afternoon by the latest. Hopefully I can bring my A game for Week 2, and by that I mean hopefully the teams will actually cover their fucking spreads this time.

PS: This picture of Marshawn Lynch in highschool popped up during the broadcast last night and it’s too funny to not leave it here. Dude goes from Beast Mode to “I write code” real quick
