I already posted my over/under betting blog earlier so I figured I’d do this one too. The NFL season officially kicks off tomorrow and with that comes the return of setting Draft Kings lineups week after week. If you don’t already play Draft Kings I suggest getting the app because it makes football season a lot better. If you don’t know how to play, basically you make a fantasy team every week using a set salary of $50,000. Similar to Geico, it’s so easy a caveman can do it. As straight forward as it may sound, there is a little bit of strategy involved, especially because there’s usually a few players who weren’t expected to have good weeks that end up making all the difference. Usually Draft Kings is pretty good about how they rank the players, but every now and then there’s an abnormality or somebody worth taking a risk on, which is where I come in. Being the generous guy that I am, I’m gonna offer up my services to try to help you guys out by giving my two cents on who to draft each week. I’m gonna rank my top 5 in each category by taking into account their salary, upcoming matchup, recent performances etc. I’ll also include some cheaper, sleeper picks to consider if you’re low on salary money and want to trust me on taking a risk. This will be a recurring blog throughout the NFL season, and I’ll probably post it every Wednesday or Thursday. Anyway, here’s my week 1 guide (NOTE: I always play the 16 game versions, so this is Thursday-Monday games)

It’s only week one so I went with a few guys that I hope are gonna prove themselves. The Saints/Tampa game is projected to be the biggest blowout as of right now, with the spread at Tampa +9.5. Another game to look out for is the Lions/Jets game where the spread is Jets +6.5. Both of those games could very well turn into blowouts, so stacking your team with Lions and Saints players is a smart call. Tampa’s defense is atrocious all around, and Stafford should easily pick the Jets secondary apart, so their wide receivers are all good choices (Marvin Jones Sr., Golden Tate, and Kenny Golladay). Good luck people, but not too much luck because I wanna win too. Lets all crack our beers and just be glad as fuck that football season is officially back.
Hey really like your post! It’s in-depth enough but not too much.
